In the meantime this three bedroom two bath cottage is as comfortable as can be. Beautiful knotty pine walls in some areas as well as hard wood floors. A side screen porch is shaded from the sun allowing a cool and breezy siesta, perhaps with a great book. The spacious ground floor primary bedroom features a vaulted ceiling. Several mini-splits provide cool air to all locations as well as heat during the colder months. A few electric baseboard strips remain as well.  This cottage has been cared for by the same family since 1991 and has proven itself to be an excellent rental.
