|   Effective January 1, 2025, leases on all properties located in the Town of Fenwick Island shall incur an 4.5% State of Delaware and an 8% Town of Fenwick Island short-term lodging tax. Properties located outside of the Town of Fenwick Island shall incur an 4.5% State of Delaware short-term lodging tax.  |
