Two open decks for catching the afternoon sun or watching the fun happening in the open bay. This canal front (with nice bay views) townhouse sleeps 8-10 with 1 King, 3 Queens and one double HAB (hide-a-bed). The top level is like a suite in and of itself with a Queen bed, beautiful bathroom and large open deck, also includes a sitting area which is where the HAB is located as well as a bar refrigerator and large TV. This upper most level has two ductless "mini-split" HVAC units assuring those who use that level will be as cool as everyone else. All of the amenities here including internet access and community pool. The kitchen is a cooks dream with quartz counters, lots of natural light and right in the mix with the main living area. No boat slip available. Please call the office for availability. There is a gas grill (tenant responsible for propane), and there are some beach chairs. Limited access, only offered 2-3 weeks each summer.
