About Us
John F. Kleinstuber and Associates, Inc. was founded by our father, Jack, in 1977, with an initial inventory of 6 rental and 4 sales listings. We now handle well over 100 rental properties and sales listings in excess of 50 at any given time.
Many of our renters are repeat customers. We look forward to seeing the same families returning to our beach town for their vacations. We are now renting to the grandchildren, of some of our original renters, and their families. We enjoy watching their families grow along with ours. And, of course, we welcome new renters every year. We relish the opportunity to do our part to help them have a wonderful vacation experience, in one of our favorite places on earth.
Our rental department begins taking rental reservations for repeat renters on November 10th every year. For our new customers reservations begin on November 15th for the upcoming summer.
After more than 40 years, we remain a family-owned business and operate as a full-service real estate enterprise specializing in sales and rentals in Fenwick Island as well as the surrounding areas of Bethany Beach and local inland towns. The great majority of our business, however, is focused in Fenwick Island.
Our family spent many wonderful summers vacationing in Fenwick Island before making it our permanent home. Having purchased a cottage in the early 1960's our parents decided to rebuild and remodel that cottage in 1970 and make Fenwick our permanent home. All of our experiences resulted in the creation of our slogan, "Where Happy Memories are Made." Nancy and I look forward to assisting your family with a quality rental, or perhaps, a second or primary home where your own happy memories can be made.
